3. Before the production of aluminum profile processing squeezers, the machine and molding mold must have heating and constant temperature time, and must not begin production at the condition that the raw material plasticized temperature is lower.
4. The screw must be started at a low speed, and the speed of the screw is gradually increased only after a period of time running at a low speed.
5. The empty time of the screw of the cylinder of the aluminum profile processing machine must not exceed 2 to 3min.
6. In the process of processing the squeeze of aluminum profile, the current changes of the main motor should be observed frequently. If the motor is found to be in the case of overload state for a long time (allowing instantaneous overload), it should be stopped immediately to find the cause of the fault and continue to produce after eliminating the fault. 7. After the first heating of the aluminum profile processing and extrusion machine, tighten the linked screws of the barrel and the seat seat. 8. Before installing screws and molds, the coordinated contact surface of the cleaning parts, and apply a layer of molybdenum or silicon oil on the fastener bolt to disassemble the parts at high temperature. When disassembling each part, do not use a heavy hammer to click on the working surface of each part. If necessary, please put on hard wood and hammer the hard wood to disassemble the part. 9. When removing the residual materials on the machine, the screw and mold, you can use a bamboo knife or copper knife to scrape the sticky material. Do not use a steel knife to scrape the sticky material, or use the fire barbecue method to remove the residual material on the screw.
