In order to make the surface of the industrial aluminum profile, the manufacturer will oxidize some aluminum workpieces, so that its processing effect can not only improve the performance of aluminum workpieces, but also improve the aesthetics of workpieces.
However, after the oxidation of aluminum, we still need to pay attention to some problems. Otherwise, the poor use of aluminum workpieces will even cause early damage to industrial aluminum profiles.
1. Rinse hot water. Hot water eye washing is an old film, but the mild time should be strictly controlled, the water temperature is too high, the membrane layer becomes thinner, and the color becomes lighter. Similar problems will occur when the processing time is too long. The appropriate temperature and time are: 40 40 40 40 50 C, 0.5 1min.
2. Dry. Drying is best to dry naturally. The workpiece of washing the barley with hot water is tilted on the shelf, so that the free water on the work surface flows in a straight line. The water droplets flowing down the lower corner are sucked away with a towel. The color of a thin film in this method is not affected, and it seems natural.
3. Aging. The aging method can be determined according to the climate conditions. In summer with sunlight, it can be exposed to the sun in summer. Industrial aluminum -type aluminum oxide rainy days or winter can be baked in the oven. The process conditions are: 40 50 C, 10 15min.
4. Repair of unqualified parts. Before drying and aging, you should choose unqualified conductive oxide film components, because it is difficult to remove the membrane layer after drying and aging, and it will affect the surface roughness of the workpiece. For unqualified industrial aluminum profile workpieces, we can take the following simple measures to solve it.
First, the unqualified industrial aluminum profiles are clamped on the aluminum anode oxidation fixture, and then the anode treatment is performed in the sulfate solution for 2 minutes. After the membrane layer is soft and off, after the alkali fluid is slightly cleaned and nitrate is extinguished, the anode anode oxidation is performed. The technical requirement of aluminum oxidation of aluminum oxidation must be cleaned with organic solvents before transferring to heat treatment or welding, but this cannot be done at present. Therefore, a layer of oily sintering coke is formed on the surface of the workpiece, which is difficult to remove in organic solvents.
If it is immersed in the alkaline solution, it will cause local corrosion, produce anesthesia or uneven surface, and seriously affect the quality of industrial aluminum profile products.
